carrying yourself through the crazy

One of the things that I talk about a lot is that creating your experiences through soulful manifesting in your reality and one of the things you may have heard me say is this: the first thing you have to do is get clear and know what you want.

I live by this principle.

I am constantly practicing, revising and mastering this principle. 

You can imagine my frustration when throughout the majority of 2021 I’ve been feeling so fn confused. I found myself all kinds of conflicted and couldn’t even work my own steps.

I didn't even know what I wanted and was having a hard time knowing what to be an energetic match for.

One day, it all clicked.

At the end of the day, what I wanted was to be on the other side of feeling f#cked, and my job was to become an energetic match for what it means to be on the other side of it.

So morning, noon and night I would repeat to myself in my mind and feel the feelings in my body of:
- “I am on the other side of this.”
- “I am on the other side of this with extreme gratitude.”
- “I am looking back seeing how perfect this experience was.”
- “I am on the other side of this now and I am happy and free.”
- “I am moving through. I am on the other side. I am looking back with gratitude. I see things clearly. I know what to do. I know I am being guided.”

These became my new affirmations, preferences, choices, declarations, expectations and assumptions for what I wanted - and that I was no longer available for the crazy.

So while I was in the middle of my process of getting clearer and clearer, these became my number one affirmations, and how I would shift.

My affirmations became a compilation of all the feelings I wanted from this: “I am already on the other side of this. I so look forward to being on the other side. I am in a place looking back seeing that it all made sense and that it was all on purpose. I am so grateful for what I went through X amount of time ago because now I know that it was on purpose and it was always working out for me.”

I didn’t know what I wanted, I just knew I wanted to be on the other side of the crazy and the chaos.

So I just started acting as if I was already there on the other side of it. I chose to feel the feelings of being so happy to be on the other side. 

I’d say to myself: “I’m so happy I have the answers. I’m so happy that I needed to go through that to learn those lessons. I’m now on the other side.” I began to act, think, and move forward as if everything was already resolved. I began to feel as much as possible what it would feel like to be on the other side. I became an energetic match for what it was for me to be moving through and when I was energetically matching moving through, I gave the universe something to work with. I felt the feelings of the relief and freedom I’d get from knowing I would soon see in hindsight what the purpose was of this experience. I chose to already feel gratitude for having the experience, even though I was still at this point in the middle of the confusion.

Through this, I began to move through - and be on the other side of the experience quickly.

Everything got a lot clearer and I felt a lot better. The chaos was lifted. The mist faded. The confusion unraveled. I still don’t have all the answers that I wanted for what’s happening, but I know exactly how it feels to be on the other side. I see and feel clearer and I finally knew what I wanted. It feels good, it feels relief and like thank god. I feel the gratitude.

When you find yourself not knowing what to do, and not knowing what you want - it feels like a whole mess of confusion — and we’ve all been there.

My question for you is this… Can you simply choose to believe that you are on the bridge and moving through it and are on the other side. Instead choose to believe that you do have the answers.

Know that the lessons are important for you to learn and go through. And therefore you have a ton to be grateful for being an energetic match for being the other side of all that crazy. 

Like anything else, bridging the gap and moving through is a process. But the goal is to drop seeing yourself as someone who has a problem and become a match for being someone who is on the other side of all that crap.
