Hi loves!

Let’s talk about energy, specifically on how to conduct (your own) energy.

The reason why, is because using your energy appropriately is really the only thing you could and should be doing or working with (before adding in your intent and considering your polarity).

Especially when one is in that moment of your practice where you are beginning to learn exactly how to successfully, consciously and purposefully influence and effect change in your life.

So on that note…

The way things work is simple.

Controlling your thoughts (and therefore reality) involves an interwoven mastery of a few things (mind, body, soul, dharma).

Channelling your energy means so much more to you than just words and intention (intentions are nothing without energy backing it up).

Conducting your energy is more important than your polarity (because polarity is directionless without the energy behind it regardless of your intentions and belief).

Polarity means nothing unless you are consciously conducting your energy properly first — and until then polarity will act unconsciously through you (and your beliefs of what your deserve or believe in general).

Your intentions, belief, energy, mind, body, soul, dharma is enacted through you.

Your energy determines the rest.

It determines the whole thing!

Sitting around expecting things and not generating the expected energy yourself, is just indifferently spent energy — it’s a flop.

It does nothing for you.

How you do things, is how you do everything.

I’ve said this before, and I know for a fact that I say this in Magical Rituals (where I teach on how to master your inner magic in 40 days)…

How you live your life is how you live your life!

What you put in, is what you get out.

How you do anything is how you do everything — and so it’s important to know that you can in fact change how you do things (if you have to).

When you do something, you are putting forth effort and this is spent energy.

Your energy that you used to do the thing, is a really good clue as to how you’ll know what kind of result you’ll be getting from it (ie. your actions, effort and energy).

However, as I said above, your mind and all those other aspects are conducted through you and all happens at the same time.

These aspects need your attention first and foremost to help you assess and know how you have been doing things thus far.

Let’s say for example you are doing your dishes....

Let me ask you…

How do you do your dishes?

Seriously, though -- I'm saying dishes but what I'm talking about can be literally anything you do.

So....

Do you A) do it half assed to be done fast or do you B) make an effort to commit yourself to doing a good job however long it takes?

Bingo.

What you put in, is what you get out.

You’re either putting in optimal effort that also gets relayed to your subconscious to also put forth optimal effort — or you’re not.

For your subconscious picks up on the “it’s not important, we’re going to do the minimum” and it is like, “aw yeah, I’m gonna give some minimum effort then”.

Or…

Your subconscious is picking up on the “it’s very important to me, we’re going to give it our best effort” and it is like, “aw yeah, I’m gonna give some maximum effort then”.

See where I’m going with this?

You're only ever convincing you.

This applies to everything in your life.

If you do it for your dishes and then to another thing you do and another, you are only going to be teaching and training your subconscious to also do the same — i.e. where you put forth the best and expect only the best, and so your unconscious shadow (your power) complies.

Your power can do anything or it can do nothing.

What do you expect from it? ;)

When you start expecting a different result and outcome from your actions, then you start getting it — and through your actions you can retrain yourself to get / receive different through this type of mindful muscle memory and energetic control.

Notice this doesn’t take a million (mental or physical) steps, or even learning something completely different from what you now know.

No.

This takes you doing things how you do things, and retrains you through yourself, energy, effort to simply “input output” better.

When you do more than is expected from you (from yourself or the universe) you get more than is expected (from you from your higher self / shadow and the universe).

You just do.

Magic and manifesting and mysticism and all of that involves only putting into practical application all the things that make you you while living your life.

The occult, is wow, it’s rather been written only to obscure and really screw with you from learning how to make it happen naturally and easily for yourself, like it should be. It’s been hidden for so many years that now that it’s being demystified we are becoming more powerful in our lives and choices.

Your mind is an island where you can create anything on and anything you feel is yours to feel if you so choose — and that energy permeates your outer reality and helps you manifest it here.

So…

How you do anything, is always about how you do everything.
